Booking was very simple and I was given a discount which was great. The whole afternoon tea experience was fabulous, the cruise, the tea itself and especially the lovely staff! Thank you, would go again some time for sure?

The afternoon tea cruise was a wonderful way to see gorgeous views of Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, the Eye, Tower Bridge, and the Shard. The tea and scones and other treats were all tasty and beautifully presented, making the cruise a lovely experience. We enjoyed going up top and seeing everything from that vantage point. Dillon,on the intercom, was hilarious while very informative ,and all of the wait staff were friendly and helpful. This was the best tour of all we took in the London area.

The food was absolutely amazing, I'm a very fussy eater but me and my husband ate the lot! We liked that the tour guide wasn't too serious and had a laugh. I feel that there should be the option to book to sit window side rather than just luck.

The service was excellent,the way the team worked was very helpful especially with my Dad who is in a wheelchair, and the overall experience was brilliant.

Fantastic experience, really easy and great communication

If you have allergies to seafood/shellfish or seeds, do not plan on eating the canapés. There is a snack par where you can purchase additional beverages and snacks (crisps, etc), but for almost $70, I expected to be able to eat what I already paid for. Aside from the food, there was absolutely no interaction from the crew about what was along the route. Yes, there is a live singer, but her songs could have been interspersed with commentary about the history of the river, buildings, parts of the city, bridges, etc. I was very disappointed in the experience and definitely not worth almost $70.

The photo in the website shows a formal dinner dishes on the table with tablecloth ,but in the reality, you just serve the SNACKS (6 small pieces). The words using in the website are MEAL, FOOD and DINNER,but in the reality, you just serve the SNACKS (6 small pieces). Very misleading and overpriced

Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Air conditioned. Super surprised when we were seated at the front. No tea or coffee was offered but food was lovely. Really a wonderful way of seeing London from the river.

Honestly I can't choose what was the best because everything, including your staff, was AMAZING!

From boarding the vessel, to the service provided by the dedicated and friendly Staff, to the views of London's famous Landmarks from the River, absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish

Celebrating my mums 75th birthday she had a great surprise. The staff were lovely the food was delicious the views were so good I think we will definitely be doing this again we just couldn't of had a better day out

When I arrived at the pier it turnus out that my evening cruise had been cancelled. I got no information and I am still waitong for being refunded.

Great staff and even greater food! The attention to detail and that you always feel welcome and taken care of it was the best experience I've had in years.

The food quality was not as expected, and service wasn't great. It took over 15 minutes for a server to come to the table after I was seated, then it was another 10 minutes before I received even table water. Larger tables who arrived and ordered after me received their items first, and they refused to bring more hot water for my teapot when I asked. Dessert items were overly sweet, and the sandwiches were dry. The scones were good.

Not as described- you are literally in the middle of the cafe surrounds by people ordering smelly fish dishes. I was very disappointed We left early because of the nasty smell.

Nice sandwiches, scones and mini cakes. Much as expected. Only one cup of tea/coffee included. It was very warm in the restaurant and we ended up getting additional 1xcoffee, 1xtea and 2xspakling water for a total of £20-something. The best of it all was us skipping the hour long museum entry- que, as the afternoon tea vouchers gave access to a fast track Line. I didnt know tjat - maybe i didnot read the fine print. But that was Great! Maybe on a rainy day the venue is better.

The food portion is big, especially the scones. I see other tables take away . The restaurant should remind people that it is a shareable portion for some customers . It's quite awkward that you bring take away boxes when visiting the museum.

The food was good. The friendly and approachable demeanor of Deniz, the employee ego served us, was wonderful.
