The afternoon tea cruise was a wonderful way to see gorgeous views of Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, the Eye, Tower Bridge, and the Shard. The tea and scones and other treats were all tasty and beautifully presented, making the cruise a lovely experience. We enjoyed going up top and seeing everything from that vantage point. Dillon,on the intercom, was hilarious while very informative ,and all of the wait staff were friendly and helpful. This was the best tour of all we took in the London area.

We really enjoyed the Thames River cruise with lunch. The staff were attentive and friendly and the food was delicious. We cruised up the Thames during the lunch with background music and wonderful views. Then after lunch, the boat turned round to head back down the Thames and we enjoyed a detailed commentary. We were able to go upstairs on deck to enjoy the views with plenty of photo opportunities. Would definitely book this again.

The tour commentary was really interesting, informative and at times humourous. Id definitely recommend this, and by booking online we also got a discounted price for tickets.

The crew and staff were great and the whole process from ticket ordering to boarding and disembarking was well organised. It was really good time on boat, you could sing inside or outside depending on weather conditions, inside were a lot windows so you could see the view very good. But the best was a man who guided us, tell us funny and also many interesting stories about the buildings we actually see. He was proffesional and funny. It was way batter than the recording. I highly recommend the Thames Sighseeing Criuse. My trip was from Westminster to Greenwich. It took around an hour. The speed of the bout was ideal not so fast so you could realy enjoy the view. Than I went back to city by regular bus.

The guy commentating had a great sense of humour with some good one liners i.e. the beach/research . TBH I definitely would prefer this than the pre recorded commentary, be aware he advised passengers to get the APP to listen to commentary and also in different languages. The boat was clean and very smooth sailing, loads of space on our trip. The only reason I didn't give it 5* was the cost of the drinks but it was my choice whether to pay it or not I suppose. Would go again. My grandson loved it.

The London Eye gave us great views - we enjoyed it. We were put in our space with a large group and that was not ideal. It was hard to move around to see different areas due to so many people taking up most of the window space and places to sit. We were not able to do our river cruise. The boat captain said the operation of the combo ticket had changed and we could only take the boat one way to the Tower of London. I was disappointed to not do this part of the ticket and to forfeit my money since we were unable to reschedule in the short time we were there. Maybe I should give this a lower rating since it was not really good!

From booking the experience I was kept updated with information on the app and was well informed on where to go. Once there it was so simple, queuing for the London Eye was quick and seamless and after on the river cruise was exactly that, a cruise! Would definitely recommend, staff friendly and great day out (helped that the weather was fabulous!)

The London Eye is good with the skip line, good service, but the River cruise ticket was confusing me. First, I don't know how to get to the entrance to the cruise, the ticket is not clear what is the cruise name and it was only one way ticket. I got drop off at Greenwich which I am not expected, so I have to found the way the get back the hotel.

The cruise portion of the ticket was sold as 40 minute round trip boat ride. When we showed up for the cruise, we were told that tickets were only good for one way 30 minute boat ride from London Eye pier to Tower Hill.
